Cristianos are pleased to publish their new 2008/09 Client Survey

Cristianos have always believed in listening to the needs of their clients and conduct an annual anonymous survey, which is used to highlight any improvements, which can be made. A copy can be obtained by contacting info@cristianos.co.uk

The most recent survey has revealed 100% satisfaction in areas of treatment planning, privacy and importantly effectiveness of treatment. After having received a course of treatment clients report improvement to self –confidence (85%), self- esteem (77%) and appearance (92%). The survey reported 92% of clients rated the service provided by Cristianos was “excellent”, this increases to 100% if the “very good” classification is included.

Chris Hart MD of the company says “This success is due to the quality of the equipment we use and our level of training and expertise. The results of the survey are immensely rewarding not only for myself but for all of the staff who work tirelessly to provide the highest quality of treatment and care.”
